Plunger globe valve is composed of valve body, cover, stem, plunger, guide ring, sealing ring, hand wheel and other parts.
Working principle:
When rotating the handwheel, the plunger is driven up and down the guide ring by the valve stem, so that the plunger end is separated or matched with the seat cone to complete the opening or closing of the valve. Interference fit is adopted between the plunger and the sealing ring in the valve. By adjusting the tightening force of the middle flange bolt, the lateral force generated by the compression of the sealing ring is sealed with the hole surface of the valve body and the outer circle of the plunger, thus ensuring the sealing property of the valve and eliminating the external leakage.
